OFF-PEAK (LOW & MID SEASON) CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel more than 7 days before arrival: full refund minus $30AUD fee per cabin or site.
- Changes to bookings require at least 7 days’ notice and are subject to availability.
- Cancel within 7 days of arrival: no refund.
- No show or failure to notify by 10am after scheduled arrival results in cancellation and deposit loss.
- Cape Jaffa Holiday Park may cancel bookings for no shows.
PEAK SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reservations including dogs made during our annual dog exclusion period/s will regrettably be cancelled, and deposits will not be refunded.
- Cancellations with more than 14 days’ notice receive a full refund minus a $50 AUD cancellation fee per cabin or site.
- Booking or date changes must be made at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability.
- No refunds are given for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
- If you do not notify us or fail to arrive by 10am the day after your scheduled arrival, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
- Cape Jaffa Holiday Park may cancel bookings for no-shows.
