Check-out
is by 10am — late check-outs require prior approval and are subject to availability and fees.

Security
CCTV cameras operate throughout the property to help deter theft, vandalism, and inappropriate behaviour. Any criminal activity is reported to the police, with footage provided as permitted by law.
Keys
Please return your key to reception or place it in the drop box at the front desk when checking out. Fees apply for any unreturned keys.
Boom Gate Access
Each registered vehicle is issued a unique boom gate code linked to its registration. Please don’t share your code — misuse may result in deactivation. CCTV monitors the gate area, and tailgating is strictly prohibited.
Parking
Each cabin or site allows one car or boat, which must be parked in your designated area. Please do not park on empty sites.
Visitors
Each cabin or site allows one car or boat, which must be parked in your designated area. Please do not park on empty sites.
Water
All taps provide non-potable water. Drinking water is available from rainwater tanks around the park—please use it sparingly. Bottled water is available for purchase at reception.
Amenity Block
Amenities are for guests only and may be closed for cleaning at times. Please use the jetty public facilities when needed. Keep areas clean and always supervise children.
Pets
Pets are welcome on sites only and must remain quiet and well-behaved. They are not permitted in or near accommodation or common areas. Please review the full pet policy online or in your confirmation email. Management reserves the right to evict guests with disruptive pets.
Rides & e-Rides
These must be ridden at walking pace within the park, and helmets are required at all times.
Fire & Fire Pits
Guests are welcome to use the communal fire pit near the camp kitchen. Please never leave fires unattended and ensure they are fully extinguished after use. Fires are not permitted at individual sites due to insurance policies.
Camp Kitchen & BBQ Rules
Please ensure children are always supervised while using the camp kitchen and BBQ areas. We kindly ask that you leave these spaces clean after use and remove all rubbish and personal items. If you place food in the refrigerator, please label it clearly with your name, site number, and the date to avoid confusion or spoilage. For hygiene and safety reasons, bait is not permitted in the refrigerator; a dedicated bait freezer is available outside the camp kitchen for guest use.
Equipment Loan
Pool balls and other equipment are available for loan from Reception, and for safety and accountability, only adults may check out any items.
Laundry
Washing machines, dryers, and a clothesline are available for your convenience, and change for the machines can be obtained at Reception. An iron is also available for loan and may be checked out by adults only. Please monitor your laundry regularly and remove clothing promptly once cycles are complete.
Fish & Cray Cleaning
Cleaning of fish is not permitted anywhere within the park grounds. Please do not dispose of fish, crayfish, or bait scraps in the bins.
Damages & Breakages
Please notify Reception promptly of any damages or breakages that occur during your stay.
Noise
Please keep noise to a minimum to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. Generators are not permitted. Be mindful of music, gatherings, and pets, especially after 10pm, when quiet hours begin. Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, intoxication, or offensive language may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Playground Guidelines
Children must be supervised at all times, and for safety reasons climbing trees, walking on walls, and entering garden areas is not permitted. Dogs are not allowed in the playground, and we kindly ask all campers to keep noise to a minimum during early morning hours out of consideration for others.
Gardens & Grounds
We work hard to keep the park peaceful and beautiful. Please ensure children and pets do not enter the gardens or damage plants, flowers, or branches.
Rubbish & Recycling
Please place general waste in the red-lidded bins, and cardboard, paper, and similar items in the yellow-lidded bins. Rinse cans and bottles, remove the caps, and place them in the provided recycling crates.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any public or communal areas, including the camp kitchen, fire pit, toilets, playground, and reception, to protect everyone from the risks of passive smoking. Please respect others and ensure cigarette butts are properly disposed of—do not leave them on the premises.
Speed Limit
The safety of our guests is our top priority, and we ask that all vehicles be driven at walking pace while on the grounds.
Dump Point
The dump point is located across the road. Please be courteous when using this facility, and do not empty toilet cassettes in the amenities block.
Cooking
Please do not cook fish, crays, or curries inside accommodation. Use the park’s designated cooking facilities instead. Extra cleaning fees may apply as outlined in the terms and conditions.
Indemnity
Management accepts no liability for personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss, including incidents caused by falling branches or debris, despite regular tree maintenance and safety checks. This also applies to any incidents involving pets or unsupervised children.
